Flaming Pear makes Photoshop add on's , and i know there is a sorta converter for gimp. But i don't know of anyones experiences, so Is there anyone that has any experience with it?, has it worked fine or has it been difficult?.

So where does one start when looking for some amazing artist to do a Commission?. Looking at the forum none suited the style i was looking for, and i'd rather have a private conversation than getting loads of proposals. I am open to suggestions, or i'll just have to plow thru DA looking for mr/ mrs / miss right :)
